Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer a Free Click & Collect option. Appointments are strongly recommended due to high demand. Same-day pickup is not available. Once your order is ready, we will notify you for collection.

Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

Yes. Simply ensure they have your invoice number and your written permission if required.
