This sofa is sold as clearance stock at a reduced price. Individual units may have one or more of the following cosmetic imperfections:

• Minor rust or surface oxidation on metal connection or fastening components;
• Minor marks, stains, discolouration, fabric imperfections, or signs of handling or storage.

The disclosed imperfections are cosmetic and do not affect the sofa’s intended structural use. Any rust on internal metal connection parts will be concealed once the sofa is fully assembled.

The centre console contains a US-style power outlet. It is not suitable for use with New Zealand mains electricity. Do not connect it to a New Zealand power supply, use an adapter, or otherwise attempt to use the outlet with New Zealand mains electricity. The outlet has not been tested or approved for use in New Zealand and is supplied as is. The console may still be used for storage.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this notice, accept that the sofa may have the cosmetic imperfections described above, and understand that these disclosed conditions are reflected in the clearance price. We will not accept a return, exchange, or claim solely because of a disclosed cosmetic imperfection described in this notice.

Nothing in this notice limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.

• Vacuum the fabric upholstery regularly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and maintain appearance.
• Clean spills immediately by gently blotting with a clean cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, and direct sunlight.
• Foam cushions may soften naturally over time. Rotate and fluff cushions regularly to help maintain their shape.
• Clean legs with a soft dry cloth and avoid dragging the sofa to prevent scratches or damage.
