Shipping policy
Shipping Cost Calculation
Once all items have been added to your cart and your delivery address (including suburb and postcode) has been entered, the system will automatically generate a shipping estimate. All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), with the final amount confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Coverage
Delivery is available to both urban and rural addresses within New Zealand only. International shipping is not offered, and delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available.
For addresses not covered by standard shipping options, please contact the customer support team at support@harbourfurniture.co.nz for a quote.
Delivery Timeframes
The following are standard estimated delivery times (in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays):

Rural deliveries may require additional time.
Payment Requirements
Full payment, including shipping fees, must be completed before dispatch. Delivery timeframes are subject to product availability and destination. A valid contact phone number is required at checkout so that delivery partners can coordinate with you.
Oversized / Overweight Items
Certain oversized, overweight, or restricted items may not be eligible for delivery to rural locations, or may incur additional charges. It is recommended to contact customer service in advance to confirm options.
📦 Collection Options
Free Click & Collect
A free Click & Collect service is available. Same-day pickup is not available — advance booking is required. Please contact support@harbourfurniture.co.nz to schedule. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Third-Party Collection
You may authorise another person to collect your order on your behalf. The authorised person must present the order invoice number and written authorisation, and arrangements must be confirmed with customer service in advance.
In-Store Immediate Collection
For in-stock items, immediate collection following purchase may be available in store, subject to stock confirmation at the time of order.
